'Checkin very friendly, the park is super clean, parking easy. Apartment good with lot of extra's like dishwasher, washing machine, coffee etc. Close to the black beach. Although there is not much around the location (20-30min drive for a supermarket), thats not the worst. On the big island everything takes time to drive, so for a relaxing place, this hotel is recommended.'

'Property and staff were great. You will need a car if you want to go anywhere on the island as the location is 40 mins north of Kona. There is a shuttle that will take you to some nearby shops and another hotel in the same area which was nice. Gold level is well worth it and the staff really took care of us the entire stay. Would definitely stay here again!!!!'

Security is geweest en we denken niet dat er iets is gestolen, maar toch geen fijne ervaring. De volgende dag moesten we oo tijd ontbijten, koffer in pakken en uitchecken ivm onze vlucht naar het volgende eiland en bij de ontbijtlocatie aangekomen, mochten we even 45 min in de wacht. Sorry, er is een grote groep ineens binnen gekomen. Lijkt me toch dat die grote groep niet ineens uit de hoge hoed kwam, dus slechte planning. Maar goed prachtig resort, maar ik zal er niet meer komen."
