'I booked a two-night birthday stay with my niece. The grounds and main property are lovely, and the staff were generally pleasant, but unfortunately the room and overall experience were very disappointing. Our room faced directly onto a flat roof, fencing and overgrown vegetation, which made it feel enclosed.
