'Maria was an excellent host . There when we could not get hot tub started . Check in super easy. Good kitchen facilities. Wi fi . The tennis court was the greatest success. We were a family of 12 . 6adults 6children .What a grand house it was. It was a little dated and the Xmas decs tickled us in Aug .but the property was really lovely . 'My dog and I had a good time and the house was really nice. We were there in January and it was very cold, so it was nice to have a warm place so close to everything (though the kitchen can be still be cold!). Overall, it was a great time and my picky dog felt at home immediately! I think he’s sad we’re back at our actual home! Thank you, Pete, for all the notes about Brighton & Hove as it felt really welcoming. '

The Bed and our ensuite bathroom where like an 5 star hotel room with a POWER shower we never had before! Clean as we have never seen before in any B&B or hotel.
Ian was always available to answer our questions and most helpful . Matt even-so is a friendly person and fun to talk to.

'The house was absolutely freezing when we arrived, downstairs bedrooms smelled of damp. It took hours for the house to warm up and the kitchen and front downstairs bedroom didn’t ever warm up.
