'Have stayed in 4 hotels and B&B’s in Eastbourne and this is by far and away the best one I’ve stayed in. Victorian features, stain glass windows combined with a modern style. Breakfast choices were eggcelent with proper sausages and bacon, the “house” scrambled eggs was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was a bonus as that area of Eastbourne can be tricky to find spaces to park at night. Would definitely stay at The New England again.'

'While the Tiger Inn pub is nicely located by the village inn and the staff were very helpful, the room was over priced for what it was - a nice room in a pub. To describe it as 'luxury' is somewhat misleading in my view. The food was good but nothing special, so again, certainly didnt justify the 'luxury' reference'

'We had a wonderful stay. The staff made sure that we felt like home. Especially big thanks to Sue for all the tips for must see must do and must eat’s. The room was perfect ( we booked extra nights). Good breakfast served with a friendly smile every day a treat.'

'Everything was self check in. You could make use of a bar in the lounge, but it was empty. Not even a bottle of water. The bed was too small in a tiny room. I almost didn’t fit on the toilet. I would never go there again.'
