'This beautifully appointed studio in the basement of an older home is spacious enough for two people. Charming rooms with stone walls and wood beams, beautiful linens, a functional --but small, note no stove/oven --kitchen. Located conveniently just a few minutes off the main road in Tryon. (Note, tough to find the first time at night, so don't check in after dark.) Really a delightful place to stay, I hope to be back.'

'While enjoying an unbelievable breakfast outside by the waterfall, chipmunks were playing and birds were singing, giving us a feeling that we were in a Disney movie! The grounds were impeccable, the staff was friendly, the free breakfast was incredibly delicious, the room was clean and comfortable, and the decor and design gave us all a feeling that we were in a MUCH more expensive hotel. The lodge felt like a $600 a night experience!! I’ll DEFINITELY be back!'
