'This duplex house boat is an excellent, unique option for enjoying Boston. The two single rooms each with a queen bed, bathroom, kitchenette are separated by an entryway and the pier is a quiet, peaceful place to rest after a day exploring sites. We appreciated baked goods on the counter, drinks and yogurt in the mini-fridge and the kindness of Sherrie who greeted us at the pier. It's easy to get a taxi to and from the pier or request food and grocery delivery at the end of 13th St just outside...

'Lo describiría como un loft decorado con excelente gusto, donde tienes todas las amenidades necesarias para una gran estadía. Sin embargo, al ser el basement… tienen muchos cienpies. El único punto negativo fue que el ruido que se genera de pisos superiores no permite tener buen descanso a pesar de que el host proporciona un Snoozy. El visitar Boston fue muy fácil ya que se encuentra cercano al Subway y los lugares recomendados para comer, fueron geniales!'

'We booked this suite for a weekend event we had in Boston. Boston prices were that weekend, which led us here. The space was clean and comfortable, with an extra small room for my adult son, giving us room to spread out. Parking in the driveway was a bit tricky, we were lucky to be able to park on the street. Communication with the host was excellent. It was an easy drive into Boston. The suite is on the third floor which was no issue for us, but travelers should be aware.'
