Avoid This Hotel at All Costs. I was trapped by a non-refundable booking, but warn others: there are far better alternatives at comparable prices. The Reality: My room was filthy and remained uncleaned for my entire 10-day stay. I used the same bedsheets throughout—completely unacceptable. The ancient AC unit was oppressively loud with a detached front panel and foul smell. Good job I bought my own air freshner. Bathroom fixtures hung loosely from the wall, and cold water was barely a trickle. The hotel advertised wifi in rooms but had none. When I asked staff, they only said "not available" in broken English with no updates or solutions. Breakfast was depressingly basic: no complimentary water, no proper hot drinks (just teabags), cold food, plastic-only plates and spoons, and no serving utensils. Staff showed zero concern for complaints. Only positives: Location and nearby shops are decent. Bottom Line: This hotel extracts revenue while providing minimum comfort. The filthy uncleaned room, broken plumbing, malfunctioning AC, false wifi advertising, and indifferent staff make it genuinely unliveable. Ten days of frustration—do not book. Cleanliness: 0/10 Staff: 0/10 Overall Rating: 1/10

Hotel does not react to emails/whatsapp/phone calls. Tried at least 10 times, no reply at all ! Booked a Executive club room but the club was closed. At any point were we notified about this prior to our arrival but we did pay for it. To compensate we received a voucher for a free drink with very limited choice. Could not choose sparkling water for example. Rooms are outdated and need urgent refurbishing. Mold in the sink, sockets do not work, dirty carpet, noisy airco, windows do not open….we were put next to a room where construction was going on. The smell of paint and tarnish was awful ! Wrote an email to the head of quality guest experience and strategic development…..guess what….no reply again ! This is my worst experience with Accor ever ! Not at all the standards of a Sofitel and definitely NOT a 5 star hotel ! Avoid this hotel if you can…..
