'It is an unbeatable value. Highly recommend bringing a real stroller because there will be a lot of walking. Iām so glad I brought the infant carrier for my 3 year old because he was not having all the walking lol. My five year old rode in the umbrella stroller. I wish I brought our BOB stroller for some rough roads and storage capability. Also recommend bringing bags of poolside snacks and juice boxes because kiddo snacks are not accessible easily. It was a blast, Mexico night was a super fun...

' Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was āsorry for the inconvenienceā. '

'We booked a family concierge room and it was 100% worth it! Our concierge, Erika, was so attentive and made our kids feel so special with surprises to the room each day. Great resort for kids with all the activities they plan. Also great for parents, as you can take advantage of the kids club and then use the adult only side amenities!'
