Chalets in Central Massachusetts

'Slow sink drain. Otherwise enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast offerings. Would stay again if in the area.'

'Stayed here multiple times now and nothing bad to say about it. Good hotel for what we needed it for, free breakfast is a plus and the location is convenient. Will be staying here again in the future if we’re in the area!'

'That there is a staffing problem, that is understandable, but with check out, i was waiting for 10min, after which i decided to install the hilton app, subscribe and check out electronically, as there was no one to be found. Also, breakfast was turned to an buffet, with only cold things, as there was no staff to make hot items for breakfast. I didn't see a reduction in price on my room rate, due to all this, but i did got lower service.......'

'Renewly renovated hotel. Everything was very clean. The beds were amazing and so comfy. Perfect walking location to dcu center and palladium.'

'Everything was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed comfy, heat and a/c functional. Breakfast was delicious and well done! I would definitely stay here again!'

'Modern and clean hotel. Comfortable bed but pillow too soft. Good breakfast. The only complaint I have is we smell marijuana (pot) in the hallway every night. Not just on our floor but elsewhere in the hotel. We think they have an air intake outside where people smoked and it got into the hotel vent.'

'Not really any access to water outside of a water fountain, tap water, and the juice machine at breakfast that was broken for most of my stay. other than that it was great.'

'Forgot to mention the water didn’t get hot enough to take a shower. Scrambled eggs were good. Kat, the front desk person was excellent. She was friendly, helpful, offered suggestions for restaurants and came to our room to help us with the TV.'

'Todo fueron muy amables y hablo español y todo isieron el esfuerzo de comunicarse y darme la mejor atención'

'Pool was not open 😥'
