'This property is in a great location and absolutely lovely. The staff is so helpful. They stepped in and helped me quickly when Expedia caused several errors/misunderstandings in the reservation. They are so communicative and kind. The breakfast was delicious. The room was nice and the beds very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. 'What a completely wonderful experience!! Cannot say enough good things about Sayre Mansion. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, capable, smart and kind. The room (23) was beautiful from the carved wood antiques to the fabulous dusty rose sofa to the lace curtains and the view through the floor to ceiling windows behind them. 'The bathroom fan was making an awful squeaking noise. Also we came with an infant and were put on the 3rd floor walk up all the way in the back and had to constantly carry heavy belongings up and down the stairs. Pictures were misleading about the room which was tiny.'
