'This is a charming in with courteous professional staff. Some of the furniture is the worse for wear but it didn’t detract from my stay. There was a problem with being able to see block my door with the key but the staff was eager to help and it was fixed the next day with no more problems.'

'The Comfort Inn and Suites at Charlottesville VA is a beautiful place to lodge. I would have given it a 5 star but the remains of pets’ number two is nice to see anytime. I believe a notice for the customers to curb or cleanup after their pets is needed. Plus cameras. Very pleasant stay. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend it to my friends and foes.'

'The staff were all extremely polite. The room on the other hand was not cleaned (bathroom floor definitely was not swept nor mopped), just overall not thoroughly cleaned from the last renter. Then comes the main issue, the air conditioning! I used the wall unit as directed and the air would not come on but the heat definitely would. Generally it isn’t an issue but it was high 80s- high 90s! I was told I was going to receive a call to speak about the issues and that was on Saturday, it is now...

'I was able to still check in after the worst experience of the days inn the customer service was great. The state was wonderful. Bear was comfortable felt like he was at home. It was very convenient for us. I appreciate you. I love the fact that you were willing to still check in at the late hour that I checked in, the guy was still helpful and friendly.
