'We had a great time at this townhouse. Location was a block from the beach with easy public access. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. Nice furnishings and everything worked great. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer when we needed to freshen up our towels. Security was good and the very friendly. 'We had a great time on the island and this property fit our family of 9 adults and 3 kids well. We did breakfast most mornings in the master suite and then lunches on the main floor. Being on the east side we had fantastic sunrises and a shaded pool in the evenings. The 3 kids used the pool every day and the adults cooled off as well. Many extra beach amenities were provided and the host was very responsive. '

It is just a few miles from the center of Puerto Morelos, and convenient for daytripping to other places - Valladolid, Ek Balam, cenotes, Playa del Carmen. We had a little confusion about getting let to gated community, but the hosts were able to quickly straighten it out. I guess I would rather have the guards be overzealous than to let just anyone in. 'This house and property was perfect for our family of 13! Plenty of space and gorgeous views. Our host, Ro, was very helpful. It was a bit difficult to find the first time as the address didn’t take us to the exact location, but that was quickly worked out. It is in a good location within walking distance to a posh mall, public beach, and Go Mart. We would definitely go back!'
