'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'Nice experience at Sunscape. The Staff was great at catering to your needs. Room was cleaned and well maintained. Great selection of food to chose from. Kept frige stocked w beverages Spa treament was a wonderful experience. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. '

'Ótima experiência no All-Inclusive. Só não gostei de não terem explicado logo de cara que as reservas nos restaurantes de especialidades só podem ser reservadas para dois dias adiante. O bar na praia era excelente. Cafés da manhã muito variados. Receptividade boa, com bastante gente se esforçando no “portunhol”. Ficamos no quarto 661 e a única coisa que melhoraria seria a vazão de água no chuveiro que era um pouco fraca.'
