'Het huis was niet heel schoon. Veel stof en vuil. De oven hebben we niet gebruikt omdat die erg vet was. Het is niet zichtbaar dat het huis onlangs gerenoveerd zou zijn. Bedden zijn goed en lakens zijn schoon. Ruime koelkast. De ligging van het huis is prima. In het centrum van Ashford, dus je kan veel lopend doen. Ook fijn dat je de auto op eigen terrein kan parkeren.Er zijn boven 4 slaapkamers (totaal kunnen er 7 mensen slapen), maar de huiskamer/keuken biedt maar ruimte voor 4 personen. Wij...

'We recently stayed at a Bloom Stays property - Lower Standen Farm, for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding with our close family. The property is absolutely stunning and was beautifully clean and tidy when we arrived. The kitchen was particularly well equipped to cater for a large group and having 2 dishwashers was a luxury we didn't know we needed!The communication from Bloom Stays was excellent throughout the process. They gave us a great recommendation for a caterer who came in and cooked...

'The house is decorated amazingly and has a wonderful garden. We felt really comfortable in the house and have no complaints. The location was perfect and we could walk into the town in seconds. I did sometimes have to wait for the host to reply for several hours if not sometimes a day. Otherwise everything was perfect. '

'We had a very pleasant stay at this spacious and comfortable home, which was well-suited for our larger group. The garden was a particular highlight, offering ample space and the added delight of fresh fruit to pick. The location is great, being within a short walking distance of the beach and sea (20mins). The property was generally tidy, there were a few spiderwebs which luckily didn't have any spiders. If these were removed it would enhance the experience. Parking proved somewhat challenging...

'Although an old pub this is an excellent place for friends and family to stay for a celebration or to explore the surrounding area. Very clean and a great kitchen, Bedrooms vary but all comfortable. Overall very good.'

'The property and setting are up there with the best we’ve ever stayed in. There’s loads to do locally and the host will help with this, or you can just relax in the house and grounds. A wonderful experiwnce!!!'

'The place was perfect, everything you could have needed including toys for the little one, board games, an amazingly stocked kitchen! The host was lovely too and incredibly responsive - we would definitely stay here again, hopefully we’ll pick a weekend with better weather next time so we can make better use of the balconies with sea views!'

"Het pand ligt op een uitzonderlijk mooie locatie en aan een rustige straat. Onze kamer had direct uitzicht op zee! Tussen het hotel en de zee ligt een mooi park. Op 10 min. Lopen ligt een mooie speeltuin voor de kinderen. De ontvangst was supervriendelijk. Het ontbijt bestond uit brood, muesli, croissants, etc. De matrassen lagen niet erg lekker. Op het tweepersoons bed waren de veren duidelijk te voelen. Als je hier meerdere nachten op moet liggen dan is dat niet fijn. Wij waren er voor 1 nacht. "

"We stayed in the Saltwood suite. At entry it was a slight shock, as a few big stains in the carpet welcomed us. But after that, all off the room was perfect. Bed, bathroom shower. All very good. Had diner at the restaurant. Sadly there is no outside sea view, but the food was perfect. Had a great stay, and would reccommend."
