'This condo is adorable and has everything our family of 4 could possibly want! Super comfy beds (even the bunk beds!) Nicely stocked kitchen- the air fryer was nice for quick meals! Close to amenities, hiking, climbing, swimming… Tubing on the river was a favourite! Highly recommend!'

'We felt at home as soon as we walked in. We live in a rural area so were worried about noise, place was quiet and yet convenient to shopping, downtown and the rec center. Nancy promptly answered the few questions we had. We came to visit family, but wanted a space of out own, this was perfect. '

'We were surprised by the location being above a business, but it was pristine and quiet. Inside was decorated so cute. My favorite were all the music quotes around the place. It was very comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Extra Bedding and towels were nicely stored and organized in plastic bins, which made it easy to find. There were grocery stores nearby and not too far from downtown Golden or Red Rocks. We really enjoyed our stay! '

'This was such a lovely, quiet and relaxing place to stay. The views off the patio were so welcoming in the morning. We loved having a little separation bw the bedroom and the living area. All the attention to detail and amenities were much appreciated. The host was easy to communicate. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. '

'We have stayed in this condo twice now, both times in the summer. The location is perfect, right in Old Town. Arvada. Lots of restaurants, shops and ice cream stores nearby. The Sunday morning Farmers market is a great perk! Check in and check out are both quite easy. Excellent communication from the owner and manager. We love staying here. We'll stay again soon'

'Great place to stay in Golden! We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks and this was the perfect jump-off spot - super close to the venue (only took 15-20 min to get back to the condo after the show), but also close to great hiking and outdoor activities. The condo itself was perfect for us - very quiet, well kept, plenty of space for two, and very easy to get in/out of. Would definitely stay here again in the future!'
