'The Staff was great - valet team, front desk and counter servers. All were engaging and helpful. The issue we experienced was that only one of the three elevators was operating which resulted in ridiculously long waits. On Friday morning the wait resulted in us being late for an important meeting. These need to be fixed.'

'This was an AMAZING hotel that we just happened to find! I needed a wheelchair accessible room due to a recent broken leg. The suite was absolutely PERFECT. Had dinner and breakfast there and both were delicious! All of the Staff went above and beyond and were SO friendly and helpful. We will DEFINITELY be returning to this great find!'

'There were no amenities. No onsite garden bistro, no bottled water. The room was clean, parking one block away. Check out dismal. I checked out early 7:00. The staff member did not respond when I greeted him. When I placed the room key in the appropriate bin I said, I hope you have a lovely day. He did not look up or respond. My granddaughter was stunned as was I ! We will mot stay hete again'

'For the price we paid, the amenities did not meet our expectations. Breakfast was not included, and not even complimentary bottled water was provided. There was no on-site parking available, so we had to park on the street. Additionally, the beds were very small and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, we expected a much better experience for the price'

'We were there for 6 nights our beds were never changed there was blood splatter on the bathroom wall, rust all in the shower. Trash was only taken out once and no liners in trash cans. We had to go to customer service 4 times to get our own towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. Room was never vacuumed or swept the sink was dirty when we arrived and there was hair all over the floor. Only one elevator worked and the parking garage leaked all over when it rained.
