'This hotel has four stars, but in my opinion it would certainly deserve a fifth one. It's right in the historic centre, but located between a lovely quiet square and a narrow ancient street, which makes it a very quiet environment - an island of silence right in the middle of a very loud and busy city. Very friendly staff, cool classic and relatively spacious rooms, and of course the lounge (which looks like a medieval cloister) with a live pianist is breathtaking. On second thought - the hotel...

Top Hotel!'

'Heel goed'

'Nice!'

'At the foot of the Etna. A gorgeous view. With a feeling of home. '

'The room was incredible and the staff were first class all the way.'

'Goed ontbijt. Schone en nette hotel kamer. Erg vriendelijk hotel personeel . Goede locatie, centraal gelegen in het centrum.'

'Mooie proper dagelijks gepoetste kamer. Lekker ontbijt en lekkere koffie.'

'De all incl. Was erg goed. Kamers aan de kleine kant'

'Toplocation when you are in Palermo. Close to everything. Extremely friendly staff. '

'It’s okay '

'This hotel was probably wonderful at some point, but is way past its prime. The swimming pools were dirty or even closed, even though we chose this hotel specifically because of the pools. The entrance to the beach was closed as well. The rooms were comfortable, yet very sparse. The light in the room is far too bright and clinical. The breakfast was disastrous; very few options and hardly anything was fresh. The hotel still uses disposable cups and spoons, which is unacceptable in today's...

'It was a lovely hotel with really friendly staff. In 10 minutes you walk to the beach or take the Shuttle. There is only one but, and thats a hard bed. It was not really comfortable. Furtherrest nice swimmingpool and good dinner. '
