'I appreciate a service of Giada a lot. We arrived late at 22:30, and missed the reception opening time and her message in Expedia. Though Giada picked up our call, and instructed us to get the keys of our room. The keys of AC are not in the key ring but she delivered to our door. Breakfast is in a nice room near the entrance. Only thing is, we accidentally walked through the markets at night which is a bit messy and chaotic. Can try to avoid that area at night if walking to hotel.'

'We have a warm welcome from our host Calogero who explained in detail of the accommodation and Palermo. The location is excellent and we can explore the city on foot easily. The rooms are tidy, though a bit dated/tired. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped.'

'This small apartment is perfectly appointed and perfectly located. It's a 3rd floor walk up, just a few buildings down from the famous Capo Market, toward the end, and a short walk to either the Palermo Cathedral or Teatro Massimo. The apartment is in a "real" Palermo neighborhood, not touristy - you'll hear the sounds of Italian wafting up through the back window from neighbors walking around (we were able to keep the window open for the entirety of our October stay, the weather was perfect)....
