'Well…the best part of our stay was the shuttle service and the amazing drivers! Lyla, Izzy and Lydia went out of their way to accommodate my son and me, and they were friendly, courteous, prompt and always FUN! Sadly, Magnolia is discontinuing their shuttle service I hear so that was terrible news! The front desk staff was also nice and our room, beds, service, everything was great! I’m just so sad about losing the shuttle service. I hope Magnolia recognizes the value of those employees and...

'Check in staff was far from welcoming. The coldest check-in I have ever experienced. Rooms - no water offered (even to pay for) Rooms are so small it is like being back at a college dorm. Great theme and could be a great experience - needs some work. Pay more attention to the guests'

'Our room was supposed to be a double queen bed and it was just one queen bed + pull out couch (which had a stain on couch.) The bathroom was not especially clean — hair on the floor. The pool was not very warm. The breakfast was good! '
