'They charge you hiding fees like the parking since when did it start charging fees? You don’t say in front of when you rent the room that’s a bad business.'

'The hotel is clean and the location is great. What really gives this hotel a 5 star rating is the staff. From the cleaning and maintenance staff to Ms. Elise and Ms. K at the front desk is what really makes the stay there wonderful!!!!!'

'beautiful, clean rooom. We got the meal package and the food was quality. We also paid to eat at the steakhouse on site and it was five stars! Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend'

'The room was great, very spacious, comfortable bed and great bathroom. The staff was excellent from beginning to end, especially Rosalia at reception was very helpful and Erika of housekeeping was thoughtful. The hotel is close to all kinds of services and amenities. We highly recommend this as good base for any kind of stay in the DC area. '

'No hot water. Phone did not work so had to drive back to front desk. Was told someone would visit to check it out. 10 minutes later, handyman knocks and, without coming in, says to run water for a long time, more than the 5 minutes we had already tried. We ran it for at least 15 minutes and still no hot water. At this point it’s 10:30 and we just go to bed. One of our worst hotel/motel experiences!'

'Everything was fine and would come again, however the following would make the stay better: The “shop” next to front desk should have some real food beside chips and snacks such as yogurt , cottage cheese,etc. as the restaurant does not open until 5. Bar opens at 5…. It would be nice if it opened earlier and that sandwiches could be available.'

'No running water in the room for three hours after check in. Was not warned at check in about water outage. Inquired with the lobby staff, The person was not helpful, not informed about the issue, and apparently not really willing to assist. Request to provide an estimate when the running water will become available remained unanswered/ignored. Needed to cancel the reservation and book a room in another nearby property. Front person had no access to the booking terminal and was not even able to...
