Iâm not one to leave negative reviews lightly, but I feel compelled to share my experience for the benefit of future travelers. While the lobby appeared recently renovated and the staff were pleasant with generally good service, the condition of the guest rooms was unacceptable.
Our room was extremely dirty â it looked as if it hadnât been thoroughly cleaned in years. The windows were so grimy that someone had drawn a sad face into the dirt, a clear sign of long-term neglect. The furniture was dated and dusty, and both the bed and floor had remnants of what looked like pet hair. It was deeply unpleasant. The room was also extremely dark with only two dim lights.
To make matters worse, only one of the three elevators was working during our stay. The wait times were excessive, so we resorted to taking the stairs most of the time. On the one occasion we used the elevator, it reeked of a terrible odor.
Given the condition of the room and the lack of basic maintenance, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are surely better alternatives in the area that offer a cleaner and more comfortable stay.
