'Mooie en ruime kamers. Maar het hotel was extreem druk met wachttijden bij het diner in buffetvorm. Het Kaseiki diner was redelijk, maar niet fantastisch. De omgeving is mooi, maar alles is gericht op massatoerisme. Geen 5 sterren hotel, meer 3 sterren. Dan dus een hoge prijs voor het gebodene. De service is -zoals overal in Japan- wel 5 sterren.'

'Prima ontbijt en foede bedden,ligging is prima. Airco in de kamer koelt de kamer nauwelijks en ongeveer 20 euro pp om gebruik te mogen maken van een klein zwembad'

'My room AC was not working. They offered another room but it was very late and my infant was asleep along with my pregnant wife. FYI This hotel is not a real five star hotel. You will not find this luxurious. The pictures are definitely deceiving. '

'駐車場は宿泊者も22時間以上は有料。ホテルに宿泊しているのに駐車場が有料のホテルに泊まったとこなかったので驚いた。 朝食は早い時間から長蛇の列、フードスペースが狭く、何より食べ物のクオリティが低く何を食べても美味しくなかったのでかなり残念。 部屋の冷蔵庫にはドリンクが何も入っておらず、ビジネスホテルレベル。。幼児連れだったが部屋に幼児向けのシャンプー、アメニティは置いておらず持ってきてもらわないといけなかった。（結局持参したものを使った） '

They are all amazing at their job, with their kindness, attention to detail, and the pleasant atmosphere they help create. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, there are only 2 other hotels that come close. Easy 5/5 stars, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend. '
