'Het positive aan dit hotel is dat het aan de overkant van de straat ligt van pretpark Kings Dominion. Verder was het een wat kleine kamer. De kamer was vies en er hing een vreemde geur in het hotel. Met vies bedoel ik dat de oude contactlenzen van de vorige gast nog op de vloer lagen. Ook vonden we oude bier dopjes en zaten er vlekken op de vloer. Daarnaast waren de kamers erg gehorig en konden zowel de mensen naast ons als boven ons horen. '

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'The best part of staying here was the warm and wonderful welcome we received from Frankie. Frankie was so accommodating all evening. The place was clean. The breakfast was pretty good. Checkout was so, so. The woman who checked us out was lacking in friendliness. Overall I would stay there again. Just be aware that the pet fee is $50 a night, but that is still less than most places.'

'The room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of things to eat - delicious & freshly-made waffles, sausage, eggs, yogurt, fruit, assorted breads and juices. The staff is very friendly! We checked in after midnight and Jay at the front desk was super friendly & helpful. Everyone was very nice & pleasant. We had a nice stay and wouldn't mind staying again. 'The check clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV remote did not have a back to keep the batteries in. There was no soap in the container in the bath.'

'The parking lot is nice and big but shared with another hotel. It was decently lit. They have electric chargers as well. The staff was very friendly on check in and were very quick. The rooms were nice and big. They had plenty of pillows and towels. '
