'There was only 1 elevator working the whole weekend. All of the guests were discussing it as we left today. Apparently, people were riding up with their luggage just to have an option at getting in with enough room to go down during checkout. At some points, there were 30 minute waits!'

'The rooms were not very clean and my room was not cleaned during any of my 3 days stay. We were constantly asking for clean towels, toilet paper and garbage removal. The valet was rude; upon my arrival, they said I couldn’t unload my luggage or being at the hotel entrance unless I paid them. I had to ask for assistance at the front desk. The property doesn’t have self parking'

'My recent stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Virginia was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. With a bit more focus on cleanliness of the room, communication and guest support, this location could really shine.'

'Perhaps this is a more general hotel thing cutting corners and not including stuff that used to be standard but there is basically no housekeeping. They change towels (no fresh linens, no cleaning) every other day. Literally we got new towels and a roll of toilet paper. Supposedly if you stay a week they clean the room. I’m sure it saves them a ton of money but the savings sure don’t seem to be passed on to the customer. We could have used the floor vacuumed but not gonna happen! There...

'All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness.'
