'Positives: good beds, helpful staff, clean rooms, nice lobby with a bar and plenty of space to do some work or relax. Location is great, its just a 5 min walk from Powell Station and Union Square. Negatives: small/cramped bathroom, single elevator that can take quite long to get a hold off and the rooms are a bit noisy, but thats purely dependent on your co-guests, so not a major throw-off in my opinion. 'Comfortable beds and pillows! All very clean, complimentary coffee, tea, water, cookies and apples, lovely staff, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Close to everything, great place to use as base to discover San Francisco. Definitely recommendation and will be back next time!'
