Lodges in Barnum Island

'On the first day I found the toilet seat was unsecured on one side. I immediately informed the desk clerk who said he was sending someone to fix it. No one came, even after I requested service the following days! I had NO ROOM SERVICE MY ENTIRE 6 DAY STAY!! Your site advertised a restaurant in the lobby. Upon check in the clerk stated it was closed; would possibly open the next day?? Never opened!! Overall very poor experience!'

'I really enjoyed my stay, the price does not include the $100 deposit so just keep that in mind, but they give it back pretty quickly, within 2’days or so. Room was very clean and the staff is nice as well. They have a gym in the basement, it’s mostly cardio equipment but they have dumbbells that go up to 50 so you can get a decent workout in. The location is next to a deli and a burger spot so getting a bite to eat is easy. The rooms have those new age TVs that connect to Tubi and YouTube etc....

'Econolodge is a budget hotel (in spite of the 150 pn) and the rooms were clean, sufficient towels. The householdstaff was friendly, the bathroom clean. There was a microwave and a fridge. We were very satisfied in spite of the noise of the ac which we switched off. At a ten minutes walk there is a good Stop n Shop'

'It’s a simple but good hotel nearby the metrostation. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. The employees of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. '
