Northwest Orlando: Luxe vakanties

The location (10 min walk to Disney Springs) and early entry to the Disney parks were the main reason for us to stay here. The hotel and rooms are ok. Like a lot of hotels in the USA a bit dated in the rooms. Lazy river pool was a very nice extra and enough space for everyone in the hotel. The service was great! Gabi from the front desk made our stay magical. We celebrated my 50th birthday in the hotel, she arranged a birthdate cake, prosecco, basket of snacks and a handwritten, personal, birthday card. She is the perfect example how 1 staff member can make a huge difference in experiencing your stay. Hilton should be very proud at a staff member like Gabi. Shuttel bus to the parks; you book this online, the challenge is that this can be done (after check in) 72 hours in advance. Because of this our shuttel to get early acces was fully booked and we needed to order an Uber. Book the hotel for the location (walking distance to Disney Springs) and the early entry. If your looking for a beautiful hotel take the Disney Dolfin or Swan that are in the same price category and have direct busses to Magic Kingdom main gate.

The accommodation was on a wonderful spot near the Disney Hollywood studio and you can travel by boat, it is good isolated we didn’t hear any traffic although our room was near the street at floor 1. The reception was very friendly and welcomed us very late in the middle of the night. The only thing we would suggest that the pillows are very thick and hard and there are only blankets on the bed so for me that was a little bit chilly and we put off the airco to be a bit warmer.

Het sluit aan de mall, heel mooi. Zwembad voldoende bedden, stoelen, handdoeken. Tot 10 uur savonds. Starbucks bij de overgang hotellobby, mall... parkeren op afgesloten parkeerplaats.. prima hotel. We komen er al meer dan 15 jaar

10 out of 10 experience. Beautiful property, extremely nice staff and wonderful bar area! Rooms were very nice and spacious.
