'AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good.
The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!'

'The room was so interesting and beautiful. But the grounds were the best part, the outside areas were serene and well landscaped. My friend and I enjoyed sitting out or enjoying a hammock by the river often. I also enjoyed that there was a small row boat that I could row over to the beach area. We had our first dinner there and it was the most delicious meal of our 14 day trip (the volcano one).'

'My family and I stayed at Family Selection for 5 nights in April with our two kids (ages 8 and 5), along with my brother’s family. It was very budget-friendly, yet the service and facilities truly exceeded our expectations.
We especially loved how the Family Selection area felt smaller and more private. The pool, restaurant (with à la carte options for breakfast and lunch), kids club, and private beach area were all close together and easy to access.
