'Het bed was veel te smal. Bij de receptie aangegeven, na bij betaling konden we een kamer krijgen met een groter bed. Wij zijn hierop niet ingegaan. Later, een andere medewerkster, bij de receptie weer naar een andere kamer/bed gevraagd. Nu kon het wel, zonder bijbetaling, alleen de kamer was in het basement.'
