'Upon checking in, we were greeted with thoroughly professional and personable service and, as it was in the midst of a heatwave, we were offered bottles of water. While commonly found in Japanese hotels, this was the first U.S. hotel room bathroom that we've encountered that was equipped with a Toto washlet. Shower was spacious with a thoughtfully placed faucet (so it is impossible to get blasted by cold water when starting the water). Yay!'
