'Ayres Suites Diamond Bar - is a "10"! Very professional front desk people, and very courteous. Room is fantastic, spic and span! Breakfast offers a great selection of different varieties. Easy parking! Surrounding is quiet.'

'We stayed here because of its location being near the Pasadena convention center. We were so impressed by how welcoming the staff was. They presented us with water bottles at check in and let us know all about our amenities right away, including the complimentary breakfast. The onsite restaurant and close by restaurant made it easy to find a place to eat for lunch and dinner. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved that you needed a key to access the floors in the hotel...

'Loved this place. Food was great, staff was awesome and I loved the accommodations for the pets. You would never know there’s animals that how well kept the place is. The only complaint I have is forcing the valet parking on all your guests.'

'Location was excellent! Very quiet,lots of restaurants,what I did not like is the room they gave me was in the first floor my room smell like sewer ! And at the breakfast area in the morning there was a homeless guy throwing stuff at the pool..the front desk guy attended at night was not to kind 😔other than that is ok 👍'

'Het was op een veilige plek en je had zoveel opties qua eten en shoppen in de buurt. Parkeren was ook makkelijk en gratis. Hotel zelf was schoon en werd elke dag goed schoongemaakt en opgeruimd. 12 dagen verbleven hier en ben er heel tevreden mee. '

'Hotel was clean, spacious room and bathroom, iron and board in the room, air-conditioning. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately there were no stores (only restaurants) or public transport in walking distance. So its either having a car or take a taxi'

'The hotel is ok, it is a simple hotel. The rooms are a little bit outdated, but the rooms are clean, big enough and the beds are good. The only problem is that you can hear the neighbours if the make to much noise. The breakfast is nothing fancy, but it was good. The personal are friendly and helpful. Price was good and the location is also good. '
