'The shower was dirty with hair, dirt and grime. The floor was unleveled where the carpet met the laminate floor. Very easy to stub toe. Fridge still smelled like the previous persons food. Walls were not sound proof, could hear almost everything from neighbors. The beds were nice and not squeaky.'

'Room was big and clean. Property just ok. Elevator seemed on its last leg. Checkout person was nice but checking in person was not friendly. I was told my extra deposit was in case I destroyed the room. That’s not the way to put it. Door towards bathroom was smashed in a bit so I took a picture of it and showed the checkout person and she apologized and thanked me for letting her know. I wasn’t accused of “destroying the room” That’s customer service.'

'the hotel itself was fine, we felt the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming and enthusiastic. Also, a small issue occurred during our stay: the housekeeping team accidentally took my son's white T-shirt, likely mixing it up with the laundry. I brought this up to the front desk a few times, but it didn't seem to get much attention. I understand mistakes happen, but I hope you can look into this to improve the service for future guests.'
