'This is one of my favorite hotels. Whenever I need a place to stay when I am near Rancho Cucamonga, this is always where I go. The staff is friendly, the facilities are always clean, the rooms are great, the breakfast is nice. The pool is a little small, but it is clean and nice and I have used it several times. Overall, this is a really nice clean, easy hotel.'

'The hotel is just beautiful walking in and right across the street from the Ontario convention center. Likely as close as one could stay. On the first night after the convention Billy Zane and Mena Suvari walked through and Billy was staying there. If its good enough for them its definitely good enough for me. Our last hotel experience at a different hotel was not so good so after that THIS hotel was like a dream come true! We had SUCH a great stay and have decided THIS hotel is a MUST stay...

'Located near the Ontario Airport, the hotel offered easy access to major freeways, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast was disappointing. Additionally, housekeeping services were inadequate, visiting only twice during my 14-day stay unless requested, I had to ask twice on the same day with different staff members, eventually I waited for the housekeeper to clean 2 days after.'

'When I first started looking for a motel with a kitchen in a large area. From San Dimas to Ontario, I looked at many properties and always went back to motels and hotels close to Ontario airport, because we were flying from out of state to visit family. We used the Ontario Airport, Rented a car from Enterprise Airport Rental. So, it made sense to stay at a place close to the airport.

'We’ve stayed at this particular Embassy no less than 10 times. However, we will never stay there again! Over the years, we’ve watched the conditions of property deteriorate (I have pics, but will not post them). It seems like it started during the time of Covid and since that time, the facility has gone down.
For the past 3 stays, it was one thing after another….mainly dealing with the air conditioning. This stay, the air conditioning in the ENTIRE building was out (got fixed, ran an hour….and...
