'The hotel was clean, the pool was nice, and the breakfast looked good. Unfortunately, our toaster didn’t work, and even after telling the front desk, we never received a replacement. The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable—the mattresses were extremely soft, made loud crackling noises whenever we moved, and left us with sore backs, while the pillows offered very little support. Overall, the uncomfortable beds and lack of follow-up on the toaster took away from an otherwise decent stay.'

'I know I am not the first customer to call this out . . . your interior signage is atrocious. Better stated , WORTHLESS. Your employees can’t even interpret it either making navigating the property horrible. Whoever you paid to create the paper map of the complex could not have been older than 7 years of age and used a ruler and a crayin to draw it. The shower door would not stay closed; it kept sliding open despite closing it over and over and over and over again. The telephone in the room...

'Located near the Ontario Airport, the hotel offered easy access to major freeways, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast was disappointing. Additionally, housekeeping services were inadequate, visiting only twice during my 14-day stay unless requested, I had to ask twice on the same day with different staff members, eventually I waited for the housekeeper to clean 2 days after.'

'We’ve stayed at this particular Embassy no less than 10 times. However, we will never stay there again! Over the years, we’ve watched the conditions of property deteriorate (I have pics, but will not post them). It seems like it started during the time of Covid and since that time, the facility has gone down.
For the past 3 stays, it was one thing after another….mainly dealing with the air conditioning. This stay, the air conditioning in the ENTIRE building was out (got fixed, ran an hour….and...
