'Showed up at 5:30pm and our room was still dirty from the night before. The maids cleaned it fast and they were very sweet and apologetic. The area is sketch but we didn’t notice any problems. The price was good for the area. Not sure if I’d stay here again. A little sketchy for me.'

'The pros, walking distance to Universal was great! The staff was awesome...very helpful with parking at night and helpful with directions and things to do outside of Universal Studios. The Cons, the room and bathroom was very small and needs to be updated. Overall, you get what you pay for.'

'This hotel has all the basic essentials, including wifi, fridge and microwave (at the reception’s). They don’t serve breakfast but there is a coffee machine in the room and tea at the reception’s office. If needed there’s food and water for sale, of course you can always go to Target’s. The people are very kind. Room was clean. There’s soap and lotion available. There’s no noise from others. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat.'

'Foul mold in the bathroom found bugs in the refrigerator found bugs in the bed a young guy up front was helpful gave us a different room than the owner the older man came in and started hollering and told us to leave he was very rude to us so we left the property was horrible dirty filthy.'
