'The buildings and the rooms in this well maintained resort are the main attraction, the nature and the views are the strongest point. There are several restaurants on the site, however they were cloased most of the time, so the general buffet restaurant was the only option for dinner; and unfortunately is looks rather cheap and the food is rather average (and the house wine is undrinkable). The breakfast restaurant is much nice and has better food. For lunch yo better head to the beach...

'Rooms were clean. Staff was all amazing. Good was incredible. We had a personal butler Josue, who was incredible. Checked in with us regularly, and took care of anything that we needed. The only thing more I could have asked for was more time. '

'The pool only gets sun after 3pm. The hotel is very nice. You need your key to work elevator. Omar & Ivan are the shuttle drivers & are very friendly & full of information. Pool towels can be asked for at reception. Laundry is free to use but you have to book 24 hours in advance. There is a great restaurant within walking on Mexico ave (4 vientos reservation required)'
