Appartementen in Metrostation La Elipa

'The apartment wasn’t very clean, there was still towel hanging on the back of the door, stains on the linens, the sponge for washing dishes looked used . The stove doesn’t light up , and the WiFi didn’t work. Tried to communicate with the Hosts but nobody bothered to text us back .'

'The apartment was easy to locate and access, with a convenient contactless check-in process. The space itself was beautiful, spacious, well-designed, and luxurious. It featured a full-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean bathroom, all of which made for a comfortable stay. However, there were a few issues that impacted the overall experience.

'Upon arrival, we observed a lack of cleanliness, including dust on the television and furniture, as well as under the bed. Furthermore, no toiletries were provided, the bed linens contained significant hair and debris, and a used razor was found in the shower; consequently, I believe the property’s standard of cleanliness was insufficient. We had to wash the sheets and clean up a little to comfortably stay in the property.'

'I did not receive check-in information prior to my arrival day because the host claimed to be having trouble with Vrbo. The digital locks were not consistently working so I found myself locked out of the apartment when I didn’t have a key Most important is that the apartment I rented it’s not the same as the photographs on the Vrbo site. The location is good'
