'Gorgeous property with spectacular staff! The room was lovely! The pillows were super comfortable and the blanket was perfectly fluffy. We slept so well. The shower was spacious-- would love lotion to be available to complete the lux spa feel. Breakfast was delicious would have loved an easy place to place used dishes after. The patio was prestine and pleasant. We loved sitting on the rooftop! Next time, will definitely stay longer :)'

'This place is not a hotel , lighting is dark throughout. They have a 2 feet splash pool . I ended up with unexpected charges like I didn’t know they charge resort fees for what ???? And I was running late on checkout another $75 and I was informed if I needed more time even 10 minutes I would be charged another $75.'

'Very nice quiet stay. I did wish that they would have kept the gate to the courtyard closed at night -would have made me feel a bit more secure as my entry door was to the courtyard and I was a solo traveler. Place was very clean and a great price. I’d stay there again.'

'While situated in a convenient location to San Juan, this property is severely outdated. It’s overpriced for the stature of the rooms listed and the one we chose was the king bedroom. It featured dirty bathroom appliances that had buildup residue scum on the sink faucet and shower head. Toilet is situated right between the sink and shower, like theres very little space between these three things so only one person can be in there at a time. 'Very warm and welcoming staff-allowed us to stow our bags prior to check in. Room was clean and bright-lovely view of the street through huge windows. Hotel is undergoing renovations but it did not interrupt services. Thoughtful room amenities-coffee machine is perfect. Location is great-walkable to all parts of Old San Juan and located amongst shops and restaurants. Will stay again!'
