Within walking distance to the art museum and not a far Uber to condado beach or any beach for that matter. Very welcoming atmosphere. '

'What an amazing location hidden in the Old San Juan district. An unusual name, but the amenities and the immersion into the community and the feeling of enjoyment from being there is like no other experience I've had on previous trips to Puerto Rico and I am certain to return to this hotel in the future'

'We had a great stay at O:live boutique hotel. I’m sorry we didn’t have more time to explore the restaurant, pool, etc but this was a one night stay pre-cruise and we already had dinner reservations off-property. Check in was quick and efficient, the front desk staff was very pleasant. The lobby is cozy and intimate - as is the whole hotel. Our room 203 was a nice surprise - it had a big private courtyard with lounge seating, cafe table and chairs, and a really cool outdoor tub/shower. The...

Room w/refrigerator, microwave, blackout curtains, plenty of drawers, clean, just across the street from Super Max(liquor store, supermarket, breakfast and food joint etc. turn right and you are in Ashford, turn left to the rest of the Island...thanks to Isaac, William and all the beautiful people taking care of us'

'Wanted to give a room without any daylight windows, needed to pay more then 500$ extra for an upgrade to have a room with windows. Charged multiple times for Valet parking while not used, after calls still not solved so now escalated to the credit card company, extreme bad service!'

'We stayed here a few nights before a cruise. The suite was one of the underground rooms, but was well lit and the lamp in the bedroom made for a pleasant wall texture. It also made it quiet for a place in the middle of the city. The hot tub was excellent. The concierge was friendly and helpful. The location was good for food and grocery options, and walking distance. the art museum. '
