'The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also. Great/cute mini fridge that is bigger than most. A freeze that actually freezes things..left a big water bottle half full & and another too, forgot about them & when I opened it they were completely...

'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'As is every property in Puerto Rico, its over priced. But its nice, its new, the staff is excellent but the area is just ok. The bathrooms are baths, no room...but overall its very nice. But again, room rates in PR are insane lately. '

'I don't even know where to start. Even before we got there, I felt like we were going to be well taken care of. They contacted us to let us know how to access the property, as well as the address for the BnB to have ease of direction to get there. The breakfast was lovely, with a spread of potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices and tea. 'We had a suite on the lower level of the rear building. The property was clean and the staff was professional and engaging. We enjoyed the lower pool, which was lovely and never made it up to the third floor pool. We also enjoyed the hot tub on our patio! The neighborhood felt safe and there were some great dining options within an easily walkable distance.'

'The hotel was clean and the room had a huge floor to ceiling window looking over the pool and beach. It was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but I recommend walking a short distance for better and less expensive food.'

'I think we were a tad unlucky as our booked room had been given away by mistake and when we arrived at 10pm the room on offer smelled of damp. The air con control was missing so it was pretty hinky till we got one on day 2. The toilet didn’t refill properly so each time we had to take off the lid and fiddle with the workings to stop the water running. The bed was very small, rickety and squeaky. The male staff were very friendly and helpful however and the free bar is a nice touch, plus the roof...
