'The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also. Great/cute mini fridge that is bigger than most. A freeze that actually freezes things..left a big water bottle half full & and another too, forgot about them & when I opened it they were completely...

'Casa Ciana ligt in een onprettige buurt. Wij kwamen ‘s avonds aan en wilden graag iets eten. We voelden ons niet veilig om naar een restaurantje te lopen(vervallen buurt, prostituee’s langs de weg en louche barretjes). Het inchecken gaat met codes die je in moet tikken. Heel onpersoonlijk. Je ziet niemand. Onze kamer was piepklein. Ik kon mijn koffer niet openen. De kamer was wel netjes en schoon met een goed bed. De prijs kwaliteit klopt niet. Veel te duur voor hetgeen je krijgt.'

'Overall the property was okay. Check-in was at 4:00 pm and our room was not ready until 5:00 pm. Breakfast wasnt the greatest. Pool was nice. Hotel is close to T-Mobile District.'

'We arrived early to the hotel as we disembarked off a cruise ship. We were able to leave our luggage at the front desk and go sit by the pool. Our room was ready long before the 4 pm check-in. A very nice breakfast was included the following morning.'

'Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! '

'Good hotel which is centrally located. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was no hot water in the shower during our stay but other than that I enjoyed my stay and will be back. '

'This location needs better front desk support, ran out of hot water during our stay, no mugs for coffee machine in room. Seems to be a new location and work still being done - would not recommend to stay at this location yet.'

'Good morning! They say location is everything and in this case it’s 100% true. HiBird is in the middle of all the action - beach, resturant, old city. The hotel was nice- could use more drawers in room, but wasn’t in San Juan for room, but for the fun!! Staff excellent '

'My husband, 8 year old and I had a wonderful 6 night stay here. Breakfast was great and convenient to have there, each morning. Our room was super clean and the balcony view of the Lagoon was a wonderful perk and great place to dry your wet swim clothes. The hotel pool was nice and warm and the bonus was having access to the hotel across the street for their pools and small beach area. Would definitely stay again if we go back to San Juan!'

'The lobby and resort are very nice. My 3rd floor ocean view, was a peek at the ocean after mostly a dirty, garbage polluted roof. The room was very musty smelling and was startled by a couple of cockroaches. The balcony was dirty, and the shower has no divider, so the bathroom floods. The lighting was dim and yellow in the bathroom. They need to update this room. The property is nice, great beach, pools and places to lounge. Get a spot early though, they fill up fast. '

'This hotel is an amazing little gem in the heart of Condado. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had excellent air conditioning. There are coffee shops and restaurants close by. '
