« Bon hôtel pour 1 nuit »

« Bien dormi, lit confortable. Les derniers jours il y avait une convention avec pleins d’ados donc plus de bruit dans les couloirs et les endroits communs étaient bondé. Le personnel était courtois. Hôtel en bon état. »

« The room was clean, some water leaking from the shower. Breakfast was eggs, ham, sausage or waffles. Parking was available and not paid as the rest of hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. »

« Généralement à l’arrivée tout a été propre dans la chambre par contre à chaque jour ils changent juste led serviettes sans nettoyer la planche ni refaire les lit. Au niveau de déjeuner il n’y avait pas beaucoup de choix et il a été identique puis 2/4 jours il avait pas des fourchettes. »

« Les services de restauration en général. La proximité avec Universal Studios. Les navettes gratuites sur les différents parcs. Tout le reste dans l’ensemble était plutôt bien. « Très bon hôtel à 25 mns à pied des parcs Universal (Studio et Adventure Island) et du Outlet. Les chambres sont confortables et le personnel est tres pro. »

« The hotel is very charming and true to the photos. Everything is clean and beautifully renovated. The restaurant is also very good. But the real highlight of this hotel is the kindness and efficiency of the staff. Unfortunately, there was no hot water for four nights, but the hotel offered a full refund for those nights, which we really appreciated.
