'The location was great, the grounds of the resort are well kept and look amazing, the room was great and also on a great location, CLEAN! The resort service was horrible, the ladies at the check in were nice, but had not received our reservation, I had to call VRBO, they tried to get me to call another number, but I refused to do so, I booked it trough VRBO and I expect them to assist me. The service at the restaurants is very slow, pool bar was the same slow service. I am happy we enjoy this...

'Decent budget accommodations in the center of Charlotte Amalie managed by a responsive staff. There's a café on premises offering complimentary coffee and reasonably priced breakfast and lunch items which is nice as there aren't many restaurants very close by. The A/C was inadequate as it was poorly installed at floor level and window's louvers could not be fully closed. The ceiling fan did not work but the staff provided a standing fan. Mosquitoes were an occasional problem. '
