'Great lake views'

'Location is perfect and pool is a real added value!!!'

'The room was Actually very clean. Staff was very nice with patient & polite. Nice view. Plenty of restaurants and stuff to do. I would Definitely suggest valet parking $76 in & out because self parking is $65 with no in & out.'

'Hotel netjes, vriendelijk personeel, grote kamers. Helaas is slaapbank kleine 120/130cm.

'Had a good stay at the Claridge house! Simple, but clean and neat room. Hotel is located between Old Town Chicago and north part of the city centre. Shops, restaurants all within walking distance! '

'The swimming pool is ideal for families with small children. If you wish to actually swim laps, find another hotel. The pool here is too small for fitness swimming.'

'I stayed here with my two daughters amd we all enjoyed it. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect and had easy access to shopping and the Bean.'

'too much noise street'

'Great room with a beautiful view over the river. Bed’s were very comfortable. The rooftop bar is by far the best in chicago with an amazing view. A must stop. Location is perfect to walk everywhere in the downtown area. Will definitely come back, my new fav stay in the city'

'My husband and I stayed for 2 nights for the Hot Chocolate Run. We had high hopes. Check-in wasn’t bad. The staff was efficient. The elevator was fine. Just looking at the room it seemed okay until we tried settling down. The bathroom was horrible! It wasn’t clean. We didn’t shower for our stay because of the visible mold in the shower. I took pictures so I could have proof of the horror. There was hair in the shower and on the shower door. The place needs an upgrade because of the rust on the...
