« We had an incredible week at this beautifully remodeled 1940s house! The charm of the original architecture combined with modern updates made our stay truly special. The location couldn't be better—just minutes from the fun of Fredericksburg's Main Street, we enjoyed exploring the shops and dining options. The outdoor space was fantastic, perfect for our kids and fur kids to run around and play. It was the ideal setting for our Thanksgiving celebration, creating memories that we'll cherish...

« Everything was fantastic. They had everything that we needed to stay. We had two babies and we brought our own pack and plays for their sleep and the closets were plenty big enough for them to have a quiet and dark space for naps and sleeps. The hosts were very great at communicating! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone! »

« We had a fantastic stay at the Sunset Escape I! Breathtaking views of the lake and scenery across from the house was so relaxing! Plenty of room for everyone! Every amenity we could think of was provided: from toiletries, to fully appointed kitchen with all the utensils, cookware and bakeware you could need! The outdoor amenities were awesome as well: the kayaks, lilypad and outdoor grill. Great boat & jet ski lifts! So easy to get to and the private neighborhood boat ramp is just a few houses...

« My friends and I had a lovely girls weekend at the Mulberry house! The house is so cute and inviting. The hot tub was so relaxing and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. It was the prefect place to stay for our little get away! »

« This is our second time staying at Sunflower Haus... love this place. Very convenient to Pacific War Museum and Main Street. It is very comfortable and has a wonderful back yard and patio area. This is our go-to place for visiting Fredericksburg. »

« We are a group of high school friends, now 75 years old, and we really enjoyed our stay here. Just a couple of precautions-the stairway to the two upstairs bedrooms is rather steep and narrow, and there are a few places through the house which require a step up or down. None of that would be a problem for younger people. Overall, the house was delightful. Plenty of room to gather to talk, eat, or play games inside, and even more outside. « If you’re looking for a quaint, little getaway, this is it! Before we ever checked in, the home owner was in contact with us making sure we knew everything we needed to know before our stay. Once we checked in, you could just tell how much the property owner and management company pays attention to details. We were greeted with a very informative binder that showed us all the ins and outs of the home. The garage is equipped with board games, beach toys, and a ping pong table….fun for everyone....

« This is the cutest house with so many bedrooms. We loved the wallpaper, fancy carpet in the 2 living areas, all of it. I appreciate the many Keurig machines all over the place. The hot tubs were on when we arrived, which is nice. I would book this house again, the management is very responsive with any questions that you have. »

« We came to Fredericksburg for our 1 year wedding anniversary and this location was perfect for us. Property is located just outside of town and right down the road from Das Peach Haus. The neighborhood was quiet and we got to see a bunch of wildlife while we were in the hot tub. Overall a great place and we will definitely be back. »

"Chambre 116 avec parking devant la porte. Belle chambre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Early check in avant 13h accepté conformément à ce qui était indiqué sur la réservation. Excellent accueil, professionnel et sympathique. Piscine extérieure pas testée. Brasero et feu de cheminée dans le jardin. Très belle décoration de Noël. Petit déjeuner buffet complet. Bien situé en ville."
