« Chauffage extrement bruyant, nous avons dû l éteindre pour dormir (il fesait 12 degrés celcius à notre reveil). Pas d eau chaude, Wifi médiocre, n arrivait pas pas dans notre chambre pourtant proche de l accueil. Nous avons texter pour changer de chambre, mais la reponse est rentrée seulement le matin (nous avions une carte sim T-mobile et rien ne passait). Nous aurions aimé que quelqu'un vienne nous voir pour nous proposer une autre chambre lorsqu'iils ont reçu le message, mais mous n avons...

« The house was perfect for the amount of guest we had (14). Everyone had a bed and we really enjoyed the living room area, back porch, hot tub, and dining area. Definitely recommend staying here with a group of friends or family. We will definitely book again next time, if available. »

« Loft only had access thru the outside and I got locked out since we never found the key. Did have difficulty opening the door for the loft, you have to pull out on the door with the last number, then it will unlock. It was raining and I was worried about slipping when walking up and down the stairs due to poor lighting. The restroom in the loft is very tight betweentherestroomandthesink. Did enjoy the downstairs area. Some in the family did enjoy the hot tub. It was easy to access with the...

« This is a very unique B&B. I loved the grounds. It was very peaceful and staff was very helpful and down to earth. They have lots of farm animals which I thought was a neat touch to see them. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Texas Oil Boom Room which was nice, had its on bathroom, and bed was super comfortable. »

« We were in town for the Jeep Jamboree. The location was very secluded, very quiet. The facility was modern and very clean. The service was a game changer, I misplaced my phone and the operations manager would not give up until we found it. I will definitely be back. »

« Danielle’s property was perfect for our little weekend getaway. The downstairs has plenty of room and both bathrooms are decent sizes. The beds are so comfy and felt amazing after a long day out in Fredericksburg. I would not recommend walking into downtown from here because even though it is close, there is not a sidewalk. However, it’s a very short drive into downtown and is in the perfect location if you are wanting to venture out to the vineyards! Lots of great places to eat are nearby as...

"Chambre 116 avec parking devant la porte. Belle chambre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Early check in avant 13h accepté conformément à ce qui était indiqué sur la réservation. Excellent accueil, professionnel et sympathique. Piscine extérieure pas testée. Brasero et feu de cheminée dans le jardin. Très belle décoration de Noël. Petit déjeuner buffet complet.
