'This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties.'

'The host handled the check in very smoothly despite the challenges we guests posed when the party of 8 traveling together had their flight canceled and were subsequently rebooked at two different times, leading to the host doing one checkin as planned and his wife graciously completing the checkin process the next next day. 'We had a wonderful stay right next to the famed Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Beautiful setting and near many great places to eat. About 30 minute drive from central Rome. 'Prima vakantie in dit zeer ruime huis met groot zwembad. Veel overdekte buitenruimte. Erg leuk is de ligging in het dorp. Je kunt iedere dag verse broodjes halen bij de bakker. Pizzabakker naast de deur en een goed restaurant op loopafstand in het centro storico. Enkele minder positieve punten: Keuken is goed uitgerust, maar de pannen zijn wel erg oud met versleten anti-aanbaklaag. Zwembad wordt schoon gemaakt met een robot, maar desondanks toch groene aanslag. In 1 badkamer is geen warm...

'Great room in a large house. Nice little kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Leonardo is a nice friendly lady, very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to castle Gandolfo and another to the lake public beach is small, but plenty of lido's. The view from the balcony at the house is to die for.'

'Het verblijf in Villa Simone is fantastisch. Na een drukke dag in overvol Rome is het heerlijk ontspannen in de tuin. Wat een rust en weg van de mensenmassa en het lawaai. Het huis maakt alle verwachtingen waar. Station Fidene ligt op enkele minuten loopafstand. Met de Carta Integrata Settimanale (7 dgn) reis je een hele week voor € 24,00 door Rome met trein, metro, tram en bus. Gemakkelijker kan het niet en tot 23:00 stopt er nog een trein in Fidene.
