'When we came to the 'reception' to gain access to the property, we were advised that the unit was not available because it had already been taken (?!) and we were being given a 'suite' in the same building as the reception. 'This host is lazy at best and deceptive at worst. I've never written a negative review before but here we go:
- I sent 3 messages in the 3 days leading up to our stay with no response from Maria (no information provided regarding check-in process etc). She only got back to me a few hours before check-in time.
- Check-in is advertised as 2pm and is one of the reasons we booked this accommodation as we were arriving from a long flight that morning. A few hours before check-in she advised it...
