'This place is very new so everything is very clean. The room is very spacious and high very. Very well maintained and clean, everything was put together and plenty of space for your items. Bathrooms are very clean and has the necessary items, bath and body wash and hand soap. 2 toothbrushes a shower cap and 3 sizes of towels. 'Great location, close to the train station to move around. Good affordable restaurants near by. My rooms was on the 3 floor. They say it's sexond floor there but to us its 3rd floor. Nice 3 bed apt. With everything working conditions. The shower was the only negative thing, its super small and for it big guy its hard to move in there. Other than that the place was great. Good staff, very helpful.'

'Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Hanky suite. Fijne kamer met airconditioning. De locatie was top, restaurants op loopafstand in een gezellig gebied. Wij hebben ook overdag bijna alles gewandeld. Wij zijn heel erg tevreden!'

'MDM Luxury Rooms heeft een kleine balie in de gang in een appartement. Er wonen ook gewoon mensen in dit gebouw, hierdoor heb je wel het gevoel dat je bij locals woont. Enige nadeel hiervan is dat er geen ontbijtruimte is en je dus verplicht ontbijt moet eten op je kamer. (Voor sommige mensen is dit geen nadeel) Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was wel aan de nogal warme kant (zelfs in November), de airco deed niet precies zen best om het er frisser te maken. Dan maar...

'Ideal location, a short walk to the metro stop and tram. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city centre, felt like being a local. Check in was smooth with great instructions, apartment was pretty clean with lots of useful amenities between the room and the common area. We struggled with the hot water in the shower, it took about 20mins to warm up so ended up with a few cold showers. 'We werden er ontvangen met een tiramisu en goede kwaliteit van wijn/koffie. De man aan de receptie was heel vriendelijk. De kamer was klein, met zicht op een muur, maar was wel geluidstil en lekker opgewarmd door de CV. Het schrijnwerk was op sommige plaatsen wel aan vernieuwing toe en de grote regendouche functioneerde niet. De kleine afhaalbare sproeier deed het wel. Douchewater moeilijk af te regelen. De kamer beschikte ook over een kluis die perfect functioneerde en de badkamer was...

'Excellent room and very spacious with every thing we needed. Has an elevator and great air conditioning which is a huge plus. The owner is so helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us since we had an early arrival. Very nice, safe area with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here on next trip.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!'
