Flats in Rockville

'Location is perfect.'

'It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building. '

'The size of our suite was surprisingly large, we had everything we needed. Zero issues or problems our entire stay. '

'This was a perfect location around 15 minutes from DC. We stayed with kids and it was very quiet, comfortable, and in a great area. It was very clean and the staff were very nice. We only stayed for a few days so we didn’t need any of the utensils, or use any of the appliances but they had everything you needed for an extended stay as well. The breakfast was very good and would accommodate any appetite. The only pool we saw had no water in it but it was still chilly when we stayed, so we didn’t...

'Great staff! Clean! '

'It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. 'We had a wonderful stay! The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from check-in to check-out. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated how safe and convenient the location was. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay.'

'Clean, cozy, well situated location with private parking available- a huge plus in DC. Host was very communicative and accommodations were comfortable.'
