'It was off of the main drag in gap number but close enough to be able just to walk down the corner the hotel is absolutely beautiful and has been in the family for a very long time. 'This hotel was beautiful. The entire staff was helpful and nice, from the valet to the front desk, to the maintenance. They all greeted us throughout our stay even though we didn't use the valet or maintenance. We didn't see a use for the valet because parking was easy. But that keeps your car in the front of the hotel if you plan to leave a lot. The hotel is in such a great location we walked everywhere. 'The hotel was great! The lady at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. The bathroom door wouldn’t close unless I put all my weight into it since it was warped. But other than that the location, parking and price were great. And thanks for the lemonade and cookies! We will stay again.'

'Geweldig leuk hotel in het midden van het centrum. Ondanks dat toch heel stil. Goed ontbijt met homemade cake. Personeel is super vriendelijk. Echt een ouderwetse inn met alles van hout en open haard. Ook een zwembad. Naast het hotel ligt de kabelbaan en er zijn diverse restaurants, eetgelegenheden in de buurt van het hotel .'

'Personeel niet echt klant vriendelijk We hadden standaard kamer geboekt en kregen een kamer voor invalide met bij behorende douche, was niet fijn! Bij uitchecken geen reden! We waren er maar 1 nacht dus interesseerde het ze vast niet '

'The hotel is off the main road through Gatlinburg. The surrounding area was remarkably quiet, despite the ongoing construction across the street. We walked to and from the hotel to the Aquarium, about 15 minutes. The park was easily accessible from this hotel. The hotel was very clean, the staff was courteous, and breakfast was the typical hotel fare. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Had a really nice few days here. Some troubles with the access codes but the staff was very friendly in solving it. Rooms are very nice and very relaxing. And what a beautiful view from the balconies. Perfect way to end a day of sightseeing or hiking.'

'The location is absolutely amazing! It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed everything about our stay. If you’re expecting a really big breakfast, that is the one thing you will not find. Parking is very pricey in downtown Gatlinburg and staying at this resort allows you to park for free. That alone is worth staying at this resort.'

'Stayed with my family for a weekend. Had a lot of fun from swimming in the pool needed to be cleaned in some areas but had fun going down the slide to relaxing in the jacuzzi. To taking the trolly to town to seeing baby cubs outside the hotel.'

'Well, the location was real good. The building is old, but tolerable. The breakfast that was offered as a continental breakfast was less than desirable. They offered biscuit, gravy, powdered eggs and dry patty sausages and some kid cereal. You are better off eating somewhere else for breakfast if you want a hot breakfast.
