« Everything was great, except of the AC unit. It was very difficult to work. »

« Double beds that weren’t level because the floor isn’t level( historic), so I slept with my head at the foot of the bed. Room wasn’t cleaned 2x. Otherwise, a very nice hotel and wonderful staff. »

« Personal beim CheckIn sehr freundlich. Am Eingang wird auf renovierte Zimmer hingewiesen. Diese waren leider alle ausgebucht. Auf dem Hotelgelände genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Kosten nichts extra. Super angenehm, da Gatlinburg zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Man braucht daher kein Auto um Gatlinburg zu erkunden. Zimmer schon etwas älter. Aber alles sauber und ordentlich. »

« We had a clogged toilet and when I spoke to the front desk, the lady gave me a plunger to open it myself. She told me that she would try to find someone if I was unable to get it fixed. The pool is in the parking lot and there is a lot of wasps at in the parking lot. »

« The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The pool was very small but it did the trick for the kids. Only wish the bedroom and living area were separate. Appreciated the short walk to all the shops. »

« WOW! This is an incredible place to stay. Not only a beautiful location, but the level of hospitality here is top-tier. They greet you upon arrival and show you to your room. Offer to help with EVERYTHING! It is truly an experience unlike any other resort/hotel I have stayed at. You truly feel cared about and valued. Food is amazing in the Heirloom room, and service is just as amazing. Sitting out on our patio (overlooking the river) and reading was my favorite. Listening to the water was...

« Great location to convention center. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly and helpful. »

« The room was very clean and spacious enough for a twin air mattress to fit comfortably with the two queen beds. The location is great and being able to park and walk to food and attractions, yet being just far enough away so there wasn't late night noise or lights made this an ideal location. We will definitely be returning. »

« It has a kitchenette, but no silverware. When I asked the main office, they said silverware isn't included. It made it difficult to eat my dinner. However the in room jacuzzi was with any inconvenience. The water was hot and I took several! »

« Friendly staff. Clean room. Walking distance to shops and eats. Great breakfast. Have stayed here several times and plan more stays for the future. Highly recommend staying here. »

« Rooms were clean . Location great . Pool is nice . Two major issues . Aircon was so noisy … it was making noise full night .. I stayed 4 nights and they cleaned room just once .. I had to repeatedly ask to change at least towels … at this price I would look for another hotel »
