« Chambre propre,personnel peu accueillant, ils renovaient les chambres autour de la nôtre bruillant des 7am. Le déjeuner inclus est bon l'endroit en général est propre et les chambre aussi (bientôt tous renovées) »

« Absolutely wonderful hotel! Beds were super comfy and the view of the mountains was breathtaking. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Will be staying here again very soon! Also a free trolley will come pick you up and bring you to the strip in Gatlinburg. There’s so much to do there! Had the best time ever on this trip! »

« Room was dirty with hair in the bed, prior guest clothing in the drawers, stained sheets, make up on the pillow cases and a dirty sheet in the washing machine. »

« Resort at Governors Crossing was very clean. Check-in and out was quick and easy. We experienced little noise in our room. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The indoor waterpark and pool area stay open late, which is a big plus for our family as we are not early risers. »

« We had a great time staying y the wilderness at the Smokies. We stayed during the week so there weren’t any lines. Hotel was very clean. Family friendly. Check in was fast. Staff was friendly-more so in the stone hill lodge where we stayed than the river lodge. Shuttle bus was available every 15min to transport to the waterpark. The only downfall was we weren’t aware of the construction going on for half of the waterpark so that was a bit of a let down but we still had fun. Park hours aren’t....

« Pool areas are fantastic. Food is average. Breakfast was average, however, bacon and sausage were very greasy. Potatoes were dry. Would do better going out for breakfast »

« We had an excellent stay! Everything was so close and we were able to walk everywhere and did not run out of things to do for the two days we were there. If I had any suggestion at all…. Clearer instructions about parking! It was fine once we figured it out but there were a few worried moments to get to the answer. Would stay there again! »

« Hôtel très bien placé, à moins de 500m de la rue animée de Broadway. Cocktails et nourriture le soir entre 17h30 et 19h très bien. Les chambres sont propres. La piscine est très bien. Seul petit bémol: la literie n’est pas assez ferme. Mais sinon rien à redire. Nous relogerons très certainement ici si nous revenons à Nashville. »
